House no. 1 offers accommodation with a total of seven rooms with bathroom. The total capacity of the house is 20 people - 15 standard beds and 5 extra beds for small children.

Double rooms
Five double rooms have a small kitchen corner to prepare a cold meal. The kitchen corner is equipped with a refrigerator without a freezer, a microwave and a kettle. The kitchen corner is without a hotplate. For small children there is an extra bed - a sofa bed.

Attic rooms
One attic room has a double bed with its own bathroom. The second attic room has a triple bad with its own bathroom in the corridor next to the room.

These two attic rooms are smaller, without a kitchen corner and are available at a discounted price all year round with a comlimentary breakfast.

Breakfast
In this house it is possible to book accommodation including breakfast. We serve a continental breakfast here. The price of breakfast is CZK 150, for a child under 10 years is CZK 100. Accommodation is possible without breakfast.

Guests without breakfast have complimentary fresh pastries and bread, coffee and tea in the room. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Wireless internet is free of charge.

You can book the rollaway bed for children if you book the double bed.
Single rooms are charged at CZK 800 per night, during holidays and vacations CZK 1000, for attic room CZK 700.

The whole house is a strictly non-smoking area. Pets are not allowed.

The apartment has its own bathroom and is suitable not only for families. It consists of two rooms. In one room there is a kitchen (refrigerator without freezer, kettle, cooker, microwave, dishes) with a dining table and sitting corner with a sofa. In the second room there is a double bed with an extra bed.

The double rooms have their own bathroom and kitchen (refrigerator without freezer, kettle, double hotplate, microwave, dishes). For smaller children there are extra beds available.

Every morning guests have complimentary fresh bread for breakfast, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, coffee cream and lemon in the room.

The common room is freely accessible to guests with the possibility of buying wine, bottled beer and lemonade. It includes an outdoor terrace with seating, parking, sports and children's playground, fireplace and barbecue.

An advance payment:
A deposit of 50% of the room rate is required upon binding booking. The advance payment is due within 7 days after booking the room or by agreement. Following receipt of an advance, the reservation confirmation will be send to the customer.
Additional payment in cash on the spot, we do not accept credit cards.

Cancellation conditions:
• Cancellation 45 and more days prior to arrival - 10 % of the deposit
• Cancellation 44-20 days prior to arrival - 50 % of the deposit
• Cancellation 19 days prior to arrival - 100 % of the deposit
• Cancellation 24 hour prior to arrival - 100 % of the accommodation price

When shortening the stay (late arrival, early departure) we charge the price for the entire booked stay. If the customer does not arrive on the day of booked arrival and does not report a later arrival, we will consider that he is not interested in the accommodation and we will offer the room to other customers.

Arrivals and departures:
During the main season (July - August), we prefer week-long stays, shorter stays are negotiable. The accommodation is available from 3pm to 7pm on the day of arrival. The accommodation should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
